1. I must do anything for only myself for more than 10 minutes once a day.

2. 적어도 하루에 한번 누군가를 도와야만 한다. 그러나 동시에 반드시 적어도 한번 누군가의 도움을 거절해라.
2. I must help anybody once a day, even though she/he never asks. At the same time, however, I have to turn down other’s request or favor once a day.

3. 앞으로 다가올 10분후에 대해서 미리 걱정할 필요는 없다. 현실에 충실하자.

it’s really boring. i was interrupted by dr. R twice, last night and this afternoon. he just told me, “your life is boring as much as mine is.” okay, my life can be boring, because i am all alone. but he lives with his wife! what makes his life so boring? if marriage isn’t that great, why should i get married? is that because being together is a little better than being alone?

when i was twenties, i looked forward to weekends coming all the time, but now in my thirties i am just looking forward to weekends passing by as fast as possible. terrible but funny. isn’t that life?
